@DrBloodandGuts Practicing in Egypt, I’ve recently seen 3 cases of hilar HCC with segmental biliary dilatation. We could cannulate the CBD but not all segments. Even with placing ≥2 stents in different segments + PTD in the most dilated one, bilirubin still didn’t drop below 4 mg/dL.

A 65 y/o patient with DCM and VT storm. During VT, there was no LV output

The patient remained alive due to the Impella with an average pressure of 75 mmHg

After VT termination through ablation, there was immediate LV output and adequate blood pressure in sinus rhythm

صدمتك في الاشخاص مبتكونش بسبب افعالهم معاك علي قد ما بتكون بسبب انك راهنت عليهم انهم غير الناس. بالرغم من انك عارف ان الناس كلها واحد بس انت بتقول المره دي غير وساعاتها المره دي اللي بتكسرك لان دي كانت اخر فرصه ليك مع نفسك.
