@British_Airways spoke to an agent on live chat, they can’t even assign me seating without document validation? Why is this necessary when I can leave Heathrow with online checkin? Seems like an arbitrary rule and a waste of my time and that of staff at the airport.

@opticiansdirect I placed an order on 22nd June, have only had one update on the 26th June saying “Acquiring Frames” and haven’t been updated since. No reply to my live chat and the phone number doesn’t ring through. Would like an update as the glasses were in stock when ordered.
