After years of fighting for athlete rights, I have come to the difficult conclusion that the pendulum has swung too far. Athletes should be limited to one transfer. The NCAA must receive a limited antitrust exemption to restore order. And the House settlement revenue caps must be strictly enforced, no exceptions. The chaos has to end.
