Here is what our planning looks like.

Quite simple:

Choose when the task needs to be done:

- in a week
- in a month
- in 3 months

Put the face of the person on that task.

When done, remove the sticky note.

10x better than any task management tool, if you ask me.

DR, traffic, spam score, and anything else can be manipulated.

Get links from the businesses. In long term, those are the ones that provide real value.

50DR backlink from a legit business in 3 years might be 75DR.

While a 75DR link selling website might be 0DR in a year.

"I am planning to open a business":
said no one who started a business.

Let me explain.

About 5 years ago, I had about 5 freelance projects and 2 part-time jobs.

I didn't have time to manage all the projects, so I called one of my friends to help me with it.

I was getting paid and paying for the job done for me.

At some point, 1 person wasn't enough so I called some more friends.

Then it was hard to manage 6-8 people online, so we got an office place to do work there.

This is how businesses are usually started.

It's not like: "I want to open a business."

It's more like, "I need help with those tasks, and I am okay with paying some of my friends to do this for me."

How did you start your business?

5 years ago, I was an SEO intern.

No,w we are generating $1.4M YRR.

Could I do that again?

I don't think so.

I don't think anyone can repeat what they did.

The good thing about the journey is that we are not aware of how hard it will be.

Don't get me wrong all those years were a lot of fun.

However, I would never get to the point where we are, if I knew everything beforehand.

What do you think, can you repeat what you did?
