Are Dems front-loading their mail votes? Among regular Clark county, Nevada Dem mail voters, 35% have returned mail versus 40% at this point in 2022. (Add those who switched to IP and it's 38%.) Maybe it's a "meh" election. But I also wouldn't expect Dem mail to dry up.
