My view is the #riba #awards should be for buildings that are a minimum of 5 years old, rather than ‘brand new’. It gives a chance for users to assess the success of a building practically, operationally and how well it is detailed / put together

@jordanbhx Centenary square has been designed and landscaped, but it is a bit of a bore … a result of the need for all of its required functions. Big pots are a response to this - BCC know it’s not quite right I suspect , but don’t have money to do much more than big pots
