@HARRlS0N_ @AminaJabbar @geri_doc @Geri_IPE @CchristmColleen It's a challenge. I'm sure home visits are invaluable but not possible for me. I also rely on virtual visits, MyChart, proactive caregivers, and an excellent social worker. Chronic care management thru Medicare is a great way to recoup cost for the critical non F2F work.

@RenegadeSynapse At UNC, geri psych is still admitting bpsd, but in my experience, only if there is a "disposition." A lot of those pts also come to our geri medicine inpt service (where some sit for months), and I know there are boarders in the ED that have been there for months 😭
