A5: Conduct an assessment (company) of how disability-friendly your organization may or may not be, from the job application process, through accommodations needed for employees. Be purposeful for graphics, imagery, and language to be inclusive intentionally. #PRSSAForAll#NDEAM
A5: Communicators can ensure forms of media & technology they use are as accessible as possible. This includes alt text on photos, captions for videos, and interpreters at events. Making reasonable accommodations is also key and can be a return on investment. #PRSSAForAll#NDEAM
A4: Media is powerful. As part of it, as communicators in media, we can change the narrative. Invite people w/ disabilities to them table during conversations, during the decision-making process, and both in front of and behind the lens. #PRSSAForAll#NDEAM

A3: Some common stigmas include not having the ability to work/dependent on federal benefits, lack of independence, mobility aides are confining (when they mean independence and freedom), inability to be parents, not being sexual, and more. #PRSSAForAll#NDEAM
