This one might look easy… but it’s not 😅
Here's our brain teaser for today...
"Created to bring relief in hospitals, ease the burden of medical bills, and give Lagosians hope during sickness. Not a hospital, not a drug, and not a doctor yet, but helps people access all three.
Can you name it?"
Take 10 seconds… What's your answer? 🤔

"No welfare programme exists in Nigeria to fund specialised services. The entire financial burden falls on parents — and the poorest families carry the heaviest weight."
"The greater cost is not in providing services. It is the loss of harnessing the potential of individuals with autism due to inaction and neglect." — Journal of Clinical Sciences, Nigeria
Across Nigeria, digital and #SocialProtection systems are expanding rapidly. But when #accessibility is not considered at the design stage, persons with disabilities are left outside the room, waiting to be included in decisions that directly affect them.

SANWO-OLU CELEBRATES GUINNESS WORLD RECORD ARTIST AT “IMPOSSIBILITY'S A MYTH” EXHIBITION
Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, has celebrated the exceptional achievement of 15-year-old Nigerian artist, Kanyeyachukwu Tagbo-Okeke, whose Guinness World Record-breaking artwork, “Impossibility is a Myth,” was unveiled on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Marina, Eko Atlantic City, Lagos.
Speaking through his Special Adviser on Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mr. Idris Aregbe, the Governor described the exhibition as a landmark event that highlights the boundless creativity and resilience of Nigerian youth. He commended Kanyeyachukwu, a non-verbal teenager on the autism spectrum, for using art as a powerful medium of self-expression, courage, and impact.
“At just 15, Kanyeyachukwu has accomplished what many would deem impossible. His record-breaking canvas, now recognised globally as the largest in the world created by an individual, is not only a personal triumph but also a powerful reminder that impossibility is truly a myth,” Sanwo-Olu said.
The Governor noted that the infinity symbol at the centre of the painting is a profound call for inclusion, acceptance and hope for persons living with autism, urging society to create more opportunities for every young person, regardless of their circumstances.
Sanwo-Olu stressed that Lagos State remains committed to supporting young people, whom he described as “the heartbeat of innovation and the stewards of our future”. He emphasised that the government will continue to invest in platforms that nurture youth talent, creativity and global competitiveness.
“On behalf of the Government and people of Lagos State, I congratulate Kanyeyachukwu for showcasing the Nigerian spirit of resilience and excellence on a global stage. You have inspired your peers and reminded us all that impossibility is indeed just a myth,” he added.

Deaf Nigerians don’t need sympathy.
They demand:
✅ Justice
✅ Equity
✅ The right to participate fully as citizens.
A truly inclusive Nigeria won’t be complete until the deaf community is heard. #DeafAwarenessWeek@NcpwdOfficial@NGRSenate@HouseNGR
It's World Contraceptives Day, but in Nigeria, Deaf women are denied their SRH rights due to communication barriers at public health centres.
No thanks to a health policy which fails to recognise sign language as an axis of equality and access.

@BashirAhmaad He is the only public officer who truly understands what disability inclusion means indeed. HE Ambode has the votes of all disabled Lagosians come 2027.
@AkinwunmiAmbode As a blind journalist who saw what you did for PWDs in your first term, please note the crowd can't wait to vote you back to Alausa in 2027.
