@SimonJWoodUK Have you found the problem of people using revolt / monzo or prepaid cards to reserve tables and then no show. Then when you charge the no show fee the card hasn’t got enough. Like actually being that much of a shithouse you work a way around the card details system in place!

moving to Liverpool from Belfast and working as a nurse and living on Water Street when the sugar rations lifted -a quart of coconut ice was the ultimate treat. It celebrated the reconnection with the world and the produce that came through the docks,
