to be trans is not to be shameful. dysphoria is crippling, and you may feel like you have to hate your now body until you get to where you wanna be BUT YOU DONT. this is a mans chest, this is a MANS body. and i’d rather die than accept that i’m the only one who feels this way
rest your mind. everything will fall into place the way it’s meant to. don’t stress too hard and make sure you rest. it’ll all unfold and come to you. you’re doing exactly what you need to be doing and you’re doing a great job at handling it all.
