@omarshunnar @DShadowgazer A good clinician knows that creatinine is a bad reference cause is a logarithmic scale. A 1.0 creatinine loss could represent a great function harm to a borderline patient. Please show me any clinic review that uses SMA (or any other accurate function test) in long term.
