"The terrorists need all the money they're getting from k!dnāpping. It's not not like they are living luxurious lives.
The government is putting too much pressure on them, so they need money to finance their war machines"

HOW TO SLEEP BETTER TONIGHT — 5 STEPS.
Step 1.
No screens one hour before bed.
Blue light suppresses melatonin.
Step 2.
Keep your room dark and cool.
Around 18 degrees is ideal.
Blackout curtains can help.
Step 3.
No caffeine after 2pm.
Caffeine has a half-life of about six hours.
That coffee you drank at 4pm is still active in your system at 10pm.
Step 4.
Try magnesium before bed.
It supports GABA, the neurotransmitter that calms your nervous system.
Step 5.
Now look at what you ate at 9pm.
You can follow steps 1 to 4 perfectly.
Dim the lights.
Cool the room.
Skip the coffee.
Take the magnesium.
But if you ate a heavy plate of amala and soup at 9pm, your body will spend the first few hours of sleep digesting food.
Not repairing tissue.
Not consolidating memory.
Not producing growth hormone.
The digestive system and the repair system do not run well at the same time.
When your gut is working, your sleep becomes shallow.
When your sleep is shallow, cortisol stays elevated.
When cortisol is elevated, you wake up at 2am or 3am.
And struggle to fall back asleep.
The internet will sell you everything.
A better pillow.
A supplement.
A sleep app.
A white noise machine.
None of them will override a heavy late-night meal.
Stop eating late and your sleep will improve naturally.
Most people do not know when their cooking oil has gone bad.
They just keep using it until the bottle is empty.
HERE IS HOW TO TELL.
Smell it before you heat it.
If it smells stale, bitter, or like old paint, it has oxidised. Throw it away.
Watch it in the pan, if it smokes before the food touches it, the oil has broken down. Those fumes are aldehydes.
You are breathing in the same chemicals that drive inflammation inside your body.
Check the colour.
Fresh unrefined palm oil is deep red-orange.
If it has gone pale or brownish, it has been sitting too long or it has been reheated too many times.
Never reuse frying oil.
Every time you reheat oil, it breaks down further.
The second fry is worse than the first.
The third is worse than the second.
Your body processes every round.
Safe oils include unrefined palm oil, coconut oil, butter, olive oil for cold use, and animal fats for cooking.
Everything else, the yellow bottles, the refined vegetable oils, the “cholesterol-free” labels, were already damaged before you opened them.
Share this post and tag someone who reuses frying oil, they need to see this.
