P1 had a fabulous day at Dunbar East Beach today. We enjoyed exploring the rock pools and with the help of our lovely @ELCrangers we spotted lots of different sea creatures. We had lots of fun on the sand and even had a picnic! π π¦ π
@shereemcalpine Amazing light. Looks stunning! I've just completed a swim a day in January raising funds for Thistle Foundation (Insta @saltwatermandy). Mostly Longniddry and Boatshore. Haven't been to Gullane for a while but this has reminded me I must get back soon ππ

In #IntuitiveEating, principle #1 is Honor Your Hunger. This can be a tall order in a society that tells us that we are "being good" and "disciplined" when we ignore hunger.
Scary. Near #Haddington a white Ranger Rover #BOB2B wants to overtake so just blasts on the horn and squeezes thru on a narrow lane. A case of βget out my way!β Somebody must know Bob. Iβll be keeping an eye out for him. @polscotrpu @EastLothPolice
@EdinFoodProject I'm guilty for doing my shop & remembering about this on way out the door, in a rush and not able to go back in to buy a donation. Is there a place for a display on entry, prompts through the isles, or even a gondola end next to till with some suggested items that can be donated?
Today, for the first time since 20 March - pre lockdown - we have reported a weekday (yesterday) with no registered deaths in Scotland from COVID (number of deaths registered at weekends can be artificially low). This is down to sacrifices everyone has made. Thank you π
