@BandyXLee1 9 years ago my 2&4 yr-old-children asked me for help. They were punished & taken from me & all maternal relatives. The man they accused of sexual abuse was awarded custody. But then again, the judges & system are his friends&family. A Family hiding generations of sexual abuse

@defendsurvivors There are programs teaching children to speak out about abuse. But why would we want that? When children do speak up, they are punished.

@DrEmmaKatz How do they expect a mother whose children report sexual abuse to respond!? It is all ludicrous. the tragedy compounds when you discover not only is your partner a sociopath but the family court system is a failure and your freedoms are an illusion.

@BandyXLee1 thank you for exposing the truth about our failing family court systems. We need reform and immediate change. Many cases out there need 👀 and reversed. I still need help for my case!!!

@Jeanett52406862 @BandyXLee1 Jury!? Ha! Whatever you think would protect children is an illusion! The police don’t investigate at all. These cases very rarely see a jury. Read “The Worst Interests of the Child” or “Prosecuted by Not Silenced” “Punished for Protecting”.

@buckleyswartz @BandyXLee1 They hire psychologists who are hired to diagnose mother “crazy” & report mothers essentially make it up 4 divorce/custody. Then remove children from protective parent & send them to live with abuser. No evidence required to call a mother “crazy” “histrionic” etc.

@TansteR_bk @BandyXLee1 Ohio…many states. It’s horrendous and it’s happened to me and my children. I didn’t know this was happening until my children asked me for help. I’m in groups with mothers from all over this is happening everywhere.

An NIJ study found that in Family Court “contested” child custody cases (mostly child abuse cases), court decisions would be more correct if they had ALL been overturned. In other words, they are more wrong than right, and doing more harm than good.
