@TennisChannel viewing issue. Customer service was nonexistent. Chat. No response. Called. On hold 2 hours. No response. Expensive for terrible service.
@Balduccis 2nd time I’ve written about your app. It’s simply not good. I shop you less. The last two times I was there, the registers were delayed with customers struggling with the app. Please do something.

@epicpass@VailResorts with coronavirus and the closing of Park City, our trip needed to be cancelled. I was told you cannot adjust our passes because of an “invisible” disease. I lose four days. #EpicFail
