Over 8,000 people within walking distance of South Boulder Rec Center. The most underinvested rec center in Boulder. April 9, time to fix that. 🗺️

Small fire on the Mesa between NOAA (boulder) and Chautauqua. Thankfully no wind and @boulder_fire are on top of it. Rain later this week can’t come fast enough. #boulder
Make sure to take these warning seriously. Charge your phone, gear and cars ahead of these shutdowns. Try to stay off the roads as many accidents occurs because people forget how to 4-way stop at traffic lights that are out. Be safe! #boulder

Winter finally showed up in the mountains. Today was a glorious day. Lots of sun and over a foot of powder. Our mountains need a lot more of these storms to bite into our historically bad snowpack. @WinterPark

Great news on the #bluebellfire. Our teams did an amazing job jumping on this fire.
Ironically, city council held a wildfire disaster management tabletop this past Thursday. Are teams are exceptionally well prepared. #boulder

I’ll be out after sunset hoping for another great display of #aurora
WAIT FOR IT! A time lapse from last nights Aurora. It’s about an hour compressed into 12 seconds. You really get a feel for how dynamic the northern lights are when seen in a time lapse. #boulder#aurora
Aurora over #Boulder tonight. A spectacular geomagnetic storm. The greens and pinks were easily visible to the naked eye. It’s still going on and will likely through the night. These will pulse in intensity, so just go out and soak it in.
So great to be at Half Fast Subs reopening with my council colleague Lauren Folkerts, after a fire destroyed their building about 9 months ago. Just in time for a new generation of students to enjoy the same great feel and sandwiches as we all remember. #boulder
Thanks to the @BoulderChamber for a fantastic forum tonight! Special thanks to Jonathan Singer & Devin Edgley for their work to bring together community partners, corral us candidates. I’m energized by the opportunity to chat with our community! #boulder
We’re fully funded! Thank you to the over 150 donors who generously supported my campaign! We’re grateful to the city for matching every dollar, and now able to focus on connecting with everyone we can. #mbforboulder#boulder
Last nights downpour was eagerly welcomed as the hot, dry days of summer wane on. Boulder is currently under Stage 1 Fire Restrictions and our wildfire resiliency takes planning, policy, and community action to build a safer, stronger Boulder. More at: https://t.co/qY9am7YxWk.
Wow what a kickoff! Thanks to the over 100 friends, community members, business owners and colleagues that came out for my campaign kickoff! I’m humbled and energized by your enthusiasm for my re-election—here’s to pushing for more progress on all fronts! #pushingforprogress
Had a fun evening for National Night Out. Visited many block parties with our first responders. I must say the water ballon toss in North Boulder got very competitive. #boulder@boulder_fire@boulderpolice
