Product mere city ke paas hote hue bhi deliver nahi ho raha. Is this intentional delay?

App pe dates bar-bar change ho rahi hain (7 Apr → 10 Apr), lekin actual delivery zero.
Remember how the 'Close all' button in OxygenOS 15 has been replaced with an 'Cross' button?
Turns out, the old pill shaped button could make a come back in future versions.
But this time it will be just named 'Close'.

I watched complete video and here are my few observation.
1- Aaj ye bol rahe hain ki Hamne bahut sari chize manufacturer se li hain even watch connectivity, software, etc.
To wo scratch se kya build kiya tha??
2- Still didn’t answer anything on Why chat supports are replying in Chinese when watches are only available in india as of now.
3- He claimed that his customer supports are quick to respond but it is not, there are still lots and lots of email unanswered.
4- If 80% people are loving your watch then why Play store reviews are so poor ?
5- Why this watch is not available on Flipkart and amazon ?
6- No word on after sales services.
7- if App is built by your team only from scratch, why Apex apps connect it?
still not able to understand this.
8- No word on why he claimed that in many occasions people don’t need medical equipment.
9- No word on Poor sleep count.
i know there are some unnecessary hates around the watch but what he is doing?
he is still not answering some important questions and keep playing the emotion games.
