Notes/Thoughts from the #Patriots OTA practice today (5/31):

🏈 Mac Jones was clear QB1.

🏈 WR Tyquan Thornton was outstanding today. Heavily involved in team’s top offense with Bourne and Douglas.

🏈 QB Malik Cunningham took many reps at WR. Only had QB reps post-practice.

From the reports, it seems that the #Patriots finally have a functional offense again. Bill O’Brien called all the shots today without Belichick at his ear (something we saw frequently with Patricia).

Several key defensive players were missing today, but they still looked good.
