On this Motherโs Day, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the mothers within our movement, our families, and our communities.
Today is a reminder of the incredible role that mothers continue to play - not only in raising families, but in holding together communities, organisations, and society itself through sacrifice, resilience, care and leadership.
As ActionSA Gauteng, we are particularly proud of the many women and mothers who continue to lead from the front within our structures, caucuses, campaigns and communities. Your contribution to building this movement does not go unnoticed.
We also recognise that for many mothers across Gauteng, these remain difficult times. The pressures of unemployment, rising costs, crime, collapsing services and uncertainty are carried most heavily by women who continue to hold families together despite enormous challenges.
That is why our work as a political organisation matters. We are not simply contesting elections, we are working towards building communities and governments that restore dignity, safety, opportunity and hope for families.
As we move deeper into the 2026 Local Government Election campaign, may we continue to carry that responsibility with seriousness and humanity.
To all mothers - thank you for your strength, your sacrifices and your leadership.
Happy Motherโs Day. ๐โค๏ธ๐
To the women of @ActionSA_GP; your resilience, sacrifice and leadership keep ActionSA structures alive and effective every day. Your motherly leadership in branches across the Province does not go unnoticed. We See You. We Honour You. We Appreciate you.
Happy Motherโs Day ๐ธ
