So despite arranging home move weeks ago it appears @BTSopenreach still can’t get their act together!! Left with no Internet or telephone and unable to work from home

Still no update from @BTSopenreach Broadband meant to be connected on Saturday but still nothing. Last call from them resulted in them@timing for a couple of rings before disconnected, and no way of contacting them. Useless service from @skytv who refuse to help

Still no response from @British_Airways. Over a month since refund form submitted and no acknowledgment. Won’t discuss on phone or via chat, and still blaming the pandemic for their poor customer service

So you ring @British_Airways, spend 55 minutes waiting to discuss refund request only to be told they can’t access the information and to raise a complaint online which I do, but reply doesn’t answer Q and you can’t reply back. Try webchat and told same thing. No help whatsoever
