@ImHardcory @agnesbookbinder Furthermore, it's restricted to those PhDs who have decided that they want a tenure-track job. In some fields, there is a substantial drop in % of women PhD holders and %women who apply for tt jobs. The biases that lead to this drop are not discussed.
