🚀 From Conversation to Action

One of the key challenges identified during our first @Logos_network Circle Awka was the gap between talent and opportunity. Many skilled individuals struggle to access opportunities because they are not properly positioned for the job market.

Last weekend, we took a step towards solving that problem by hosting a Practical CV & Job Application Training Session, with over 70 participants joining us to learn about:

✅ ATS-friendly CV writing
✅ Tailoring CVs for roles
✅ Effective job application strategies
✅ Positioning for global opportunities

This was our first winnable solution in action moving beyond discussions and creating real impact in our community.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the session a success. More solutions. More impact. 💚

Still thinking about what happened in Awka this weekend…

We didn’t just host a meetup we had a real conversation.

At the @Logos_network Circle, we tackled one of the biggest problems in our ecosystem:

👉 Why talented people still struggle to get opportunities

No sugarcoating.

We talked about:

✅People learning but not building
✅Copy-paste portfolios
✅Low visibility
✅Zero understanding of how the industry actually works
✅And honestly… it was needed.

But here’s the shift:
We didn’t just complain we’re fixing it.

✅Practical CV & job application sessions
✅Learning from people already getting global opportunities

✅Real mentorship (not vibes, actual guidance)
If we get this right, we won’t just “look for jobs”…

We’ll start producing builders that can compete globally.
