August Logos Circle Awka Update: 5 People Got Hired

We set out with a bold goal: help 20 tech talents in Anambra secure employment opportunities.

The result? 5 people got hired.

While we didn’t reach our target of 20, we gained something incredibly valuable: clarity.

After speaking with startups and local companies, we discovered that the biggest challenge wasn’t the lack of talent. It was the mismatch between the skills employers need and the talent available.

The strongest demand was for Sales, Content Marketing, and Social Media roles.

So we’re changing our approach.

This month, Logos Circle Awka will run a 1-week practical training program focused on these three skill areas. After the training, participants will be placed with partner companies for a 1-month internship with stipends, giving them real work experience and increasing their chances of long-term employment.

This is what makes Logos Circle different.

We don’t just hold meetings we test ideas, measure results, learn from the data, and improve.

Discussion → Execution → Measurement → Improvement.
