$MEH already showed the ugly rows: 9.25% team with linear vesting over 1 year, 8% CEX locked, ~9% marketing and the rest liquidity. Public wallets, with 6%, everything onchain.

As a good dev you have to pay for things people ask for: updates, verifications, listings, etc. It’s logical to leave some liquidity (6%) unlocked to cover those future costs (minimal price impact).
Find a single one that admits 100% CTO doesn’t exist, not even with $PEPE.
