In Andhra Pradesh, we have approved ₹304.44 crore for the construction of a 5.8-km-long, 4️⃣-lane, greenfield, access-controlled highway from Kopparthy Industrial Area to Kadapa Bypass Road (MDR-437) in YSR Kadapa district.

The project also involves the construction of 1️⃣ trumpet interchange, 2️⃣ major bridges and 4️⃣ VUPs, along with the upgradation of the existing four-lane Kadapa Bypass to a four-lane configuration with paved shoulders.

The project will provide seamless connectivity between Kopparthy Industrial Area, an important node of the Visakhapatnam–Chennai Industrial Corridor, and the national highway network, strengthening regional connectivity and facilitating smoother movement of industrial traffic while helping decongest Kadapa’s urban roads.

Hon @APDeputyCMO Shri @PawanKalyan is scheduled to undertake a two-day visit to the Pithapuram constituency, during which development works worth approximately ₹1,500 crore will be inaugurated

Key initiatives include:

₹200 crore for an Underground Drainage System in Pithapuram.
₹80 crore for Gollaprolu Water Works.
₹307 crore for a Multi-Village Drinking Water Scheme under Jal Jeevan Mission and Amarajeevi Jaladhara funds.
₹9.59 crore modernization of the Nagulapalli Comprehensive Protected Drinking Water Scheme, benefiting around 97,000 people across 52 habitations.
AMRUT 2.0 drinking-water infrastructure for Pithapuram Municipality.
₹100 crore for roads under SASCI funds.
₹118 crore Road Over Bridge, addressing a long-standing demand of Pithapuram residents.
₹323 crore Uppada coastal protection wall.
Opening of Peethikapuram Vanam, aimed at improving the town’s green cover and environment.
Inauguration of improved roads and beautified water bodies, including Chandurthi–Tatiparthi BT Road and
F.K. Palem Maisamma Cheruvu.
Support for Uppada fishermen, including advanced life jackets, dry-fish units and motorcycles equipped with ice boxes.
₹120 crore in loans to Self-Help Groups through SERP and MEPMA to promote women’s economic empowerment.
Distribution of regularisation land titles to 89 beneficiaries.

పిఠాపురం నియోజకవర్గాన్ని దేశంలోనే మోడల్ నియోజకవర్గంగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతానని ఇచ్చిన మాట మేరకు ప్రతి అడుగు అభివృద్ధి వైపు వేస్తున్నారు రాష్ట్ర ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యులు శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు. తన శాఖల పరిధిలోనే కాకుండా, ప్రభుత్వంలోని అన్ని శాఖల సహకారంతో నియోజకవర్గ సర్వతోముఖాభివృద్ధికి కృషి చేస్తున్నారు. దశాబ్దాలుగా ప్రజలకు అసాధ్యం అనుకున్న ఎన్నో అభివృద్ధి పనులను సుసాధ్యం చేస్తూ, ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలకు అనుగుణంగా ముందుకు వెళ్తున్నారు. సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల విజయం అనంతరం తొలి అడుగులోనే కోట్లాది రూపాయల అభివృద్ధి పనులకు శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. సోమవారం నుంచి రెండు రోజులపాటు పిఠాపురం నియోజకవర్గంలో పర్యటించనున్న ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యులు, దాదాపు రూ. 1,500 కోట్ల విలువైన అభివృద్ధి పనులకు శంకుస్థాపనలు, ప్రారంభోత్సవాలు చేయనున్నారు. నియోజకవర్గ ప్రజలకు మెరుగైన మౌలిక వసతులు, తాగునీటి సదుపాయాలు, పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణ, మత్స్యకారుల సంక్షేమం, మహిళా సాధికారత వంటి అంశాలకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తూ పలు కీలక కార్యక్రమాలకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టనున్నారు.

సోమవారం ఉప్పాడ కొత్తపల్లి, పిఠాపురం రూరల్ మండలాల పరిధిలోని దాదాపు 52 ఆవాసాలకు చెందిన 97 వేల మందికి పూర్తి స్థాయి అవసరాలకు తగిన విధంగా తాగునీటి సరఫరా చేసేందుకు వీలుగా పునరుద్ధరించిన నాగులాపల్లి సమగ్ర రక్షిత తాగునీటి పథకాన్ని ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురానున్నారు. మూడు దశాబ్దాల క్రితం నిర్మించిన ఈ పథకం ద్వారా చివరి గ్రామాలకు పూర్తి స్థాయి తాగునీరు అందడం లేదన్న విషయాన్ని గుర్తించి, రూ. 9.59 కోట్లతో శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు ఆధునీకరణ పనులు చేపట్టారు. దీనితోపాటు పిఠాపురం పట్టణ ప్రజలకు ఆహ్లాదకరమైన వాతావరణాన్ని అందించడంతో పాటు 50 శాతం గ్రీన్ కవర్ లక్ష్యాల్లో భాగంగా నిర్మించిన పీఠికాపురవనాన్ని ప్రారంభించనున్నారు. చందుర్తి, తాటిపర్తి బీటీ రోడ్డు, సుందరీకరించిన ఎఫ్.కె. పాలెం మైసమ్మ చెరువులను కూడా శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు ఈ పర్యటనలో ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురానున్నారు.

మంగళవారం నిర్వహించే బహిరంగ సభలో పిఠాపురం నియోజకవర్గ సర్వతోముఖాభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యంగా వందల కోట్ల రూపాయల అభివృద్ధి పనులకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టనున్నారు. అందులో రూ. 307 కోట్ల జల్ జీవన్ మిషన్, అమరజీవి జలధారల నిధులతో మల్టీ విలేజ్ స్కీం, రూ. 200 కోట్లతో పిఠాపురం అండర్‌గ్రౌండ్ డ్రైనేజీ, రూ. 80 కోట్ల ఏఐఐబీ నిధులతో గొల్లప్రోలు వాటర్ వర్క్స్, అమృత్ 2.0 నిధులతో పిఠాపురం మున్సిపాలిటీ వాటర్ వర్క్స్, మరో రూ. 100 కోట్ల సాస్కీ నిధులతో నిర్మించనున్న రోడ్లు, రూ. 118 కోట్ల విలువైన పిఠాపురం ప్రజల చిరకాల కోరిక రోడ్ ఓవర్ బ్రిడ్జి, రూ. 323 కోట్ల ఉప్పాడ తీర ప్రాంత రక్షణ గోడ, పిఠాపురం మల్టీ విలేజ్ స్కీం తాగునీటి పథకం, పిఠాపురం అండర్‌గ్రౌండ్ డ్రైనేజీ, గొల్లప్రోలు వాటర్ వర్క్స్ తదితర అభివృద్ధి పనులు ఉన్నాయి.

వీటితోపాటు ఉప్పాడ తీర ప్రాంత మత్స్యకారుల జీవితాల్లో భద్రతతో కూడిన భరోసా నింపుతూ... అధునాతన లైఫ్ జాకెట్లు, డ్రై ఫిష్ యూనిట్లు, ఐస్ బాక్సులతో కూడిన మోటార్ సైకిళ్లను పంపిణీ చేయనున్నారు. మహిళల ఆర్థిక స్వావలంబనకు ఊతమిచ్చేలా స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాలకు రూ. 120 కోట్ల రుణాలు సెర్ప్, మెప్మాల సహకారంతో అందజేయనున్నారు. 89 మంది లబ్ధిదారులకు క్రమబద్ధీకరణ పట్టాలు అందజేసి వారి భూ హక్కులకు భరోసా కల్పించనున్నారు. రెండు రోజుల పర్యటన ఆద్యంతం శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు నియోజకవర్గ అభివృద్ధికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వనున్నారు.

అనకున్న వెంటనే రంపచోడవరం నియోజకవర్గం చింతూరు మండలం, తులసిపాక గ్రామం చేరుకున్నారు. ఇక్కడ నుంచే అసలైన ప్రయాణం. తులసిపాక గ్రామము నుంచి 15 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో ఏరువాడ అనే గిరిజన గ్రామము. వాహనాల బాట లేదు, చిక్కటి అడవి, కొండ ప్రాంతము.... ఏరులు, వాగులు దాటుకుంటూ ప్రయాణం.
30 గిరిజన కుటుంబాలు నివసిస్తున్న ఈ ఏరువాడ గ్రామానికి పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారి జన్మదినాన అనగా సెప్టంబర్ 2వ తారీఖున మృదుల చేరుకొని, ఆ గ్రామ ప్రజలకు కావలసిన నిత్యావసర వస్తువులు, కూరల విత్తనాలు, మందుల కిట్లు, తదితర వస్తువులు పంచిపెట్టారు.
ఆ గిరిజన ప్రజల గుండెల్లో @pawankalyan గారి మీద ఉన్న ప్రేమను, ఆప్యాయతను స్వయంగా వీక్షించిన ఈ వీరమహిళ, ఆ గ్రామస్ధులు వారి గ్రామానికి రోడ్డు వేయించమనే కోరికను ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారి దృష్టికి తీసుకు వెళ్తానని హామి ఇచ్చారు.
