Super curious why @DennisConforto2 blocked me on Facebook for sharing facts he omitted on his opinion piece about Signal-gate. Or was it that I asked why he shared biased/hateful memes about dems/liberals on his page but un-friended people who shared things he considers hateful?
Today is my 32nd birthday.
Over the last month, I asked several 90-year-olds what advice they would give to their 32-year-old selves.
Here's the life advice everyone needs to hear:
The antidote to rage- and shame-based political division, @sharon_says_so ‘s facts-only education w/kindness, inclusion & humor has literally healed some of my politics-based trauma. She’s a treasure.
Sharon McMahon has built something valuable and rare: a place on the internet where people talk kindly to one another—and occasionally change their minds, @elainejgodfrey writes. Can it possibly last?

@ecsuperhero And maybe that’s because it’s all my kids tell me? I’m sure good and beautiful stuff is happening too. I guess they had a lot of pent up stuff to release after last year?
@ecsuperhero My kids told me about it today. I don’t know how educators a s admin haven’t just given up entirely. I know there were punks in school when I was growing up but it seems like this year has already been insane for kids just being awful.
To have enduring friendships that long outlast the circumstances that brought you together, you have to let them change. They ebb and flow, recede and grow. You can spot a codependent relationship by its refusal to adapt. It’s all or nothing. It stays the same or see ya later.
