We are all being very well fed here at Burwell. The children are brilliant at serving one another, using their table manners and clearing up. We are so impressed with them all.

Teamwork challenges take a lot of concentration and self control- that good nights sleep has really helped. Fossey are working so well together!

We are so proud of all the children who slept well. Breakfast was delicious and now the children have been slathered in sun cream, donned their hats and are raring to go on today’s activities.

Trust building was great fun. One child blindfolded while the other gave instructions through an obstacle course. The sounds of happy laughter and squealing brought joy to my heart. ❤️

A drink and a flapjack followed by break in the garden went down very well. The children are currently making their beds! Expect expert helpers with bed changing once they return! 😅

We’ve eaten an enormous lunch and are now exploring the grounds and honing our map reading skills. And… the sun has just come out! ☀️👏😎

After an initial delay with the coach we have all now arrived safe and sound. We are learning about the house and excited to start our activities.

We got toastier than our marshmallows in our rooms last night but all managed to sleep- eventually! This morning? Team challenges!

So very, very hot that we decided to eat al fresco! So impressed by the clean plates of those who had never tried lasagne before.
