This time avid fans who follow SL cricket knew that this team is structurally flawed, especially some experiments too close to the WC that worked, but when you consider the context of those matches vs the WC we knew they were not the best decisions🫠

Since 2021, Theekshana's economy rate of 7.10 is the best among SL bowlers in T20Is during the PP. His economy rate of 7.85 is the second-best at the death. His economy rate of 8.36 is the best during the last two. Hate him all you want, filthy idiots.

@GrandStandPod Since Hemantha is the talking point. I wouldn't mind it if we go ahead with the same combo if Hemantha is given some confidence and he bowls better. Yes he isn't Hasaranga but he is better than whatever he bowled today. Plus shouldn't rely on him for 4 overs, maybe 3 max.

Although Pavan was fed with mediocre bowling, the intent was good to watch. Hopefully adds more scoring shots to his repertoire before getting bogged down.

Btw, will Mishara continue to keep his place or will Sanath get KJP in? I reckon getting Mendis up wud be the better move🤔

There are gaps in our current lineup but where are they gonna fit? Bhanuka is more of a hit or miss but of late mostly a miss if he can get his hits right I don't mind him. But, where is DDS gonna play? Or is he slotted in as a spinner alone?
