@AusBorderForce I have tried a lot but my query has not been responded satisfactorily.
My student visa got expired on Oct 2021. My course was completed in Jan 2023 while I was an offshore international student since July 2020 due to the death of my sister. Am I eligible for a post-graduate visa?

@myGovau I cant log in to myGov ID due to no access to my mobile phone. However, I do have a code generator app but my login option is not changed to code from the app - can someone from your team change this option, over the call? I am currently overseas. Many thanks

@myGovau I have been trying to call on the number [phone] but the call does not connect. I am calling from Pakistan and the call ends in few seconds without any ring tone. Please note that I have called on other Landline and mobile numbers in Australia. Could you please advise?
