@JamesMelville A debate needs to be had regarding council funding as Council Tax doesnt scratch the surface and despite all the huge Net Zero budgets,parks & greenspace provision is not a legal requirement so is the first budget to be cut. Here in Glasgow street cleansing is part of that dept.
