@lilliankuri I also think our cities need to work for us in 2022 and that we need to be able to let go of the past more (besides our most historic buildings or districts). I think the scale needs to tip more towards functionality than aesthetics (Japanese cities do this particularly well)

@lilliankuri When I was on the Little Italy Design Review Committee we struggled with the outdated zoning code and open-ended approval process. Decision making in Cleveland is very arbitrary and makes things difficult for both developers and the community's expectations.
