@FortniteStatus Please help I cannot launch Fortnite after turning off shader cache in Nv panel but if I keep it on the performance is so bad day by day because fortnite collects shader cache I rather have 0 input delay huge fps and occassional stutters than no stutters but unplayable game.

@paul_hssc I had the same problem and realised food is more important than training. I would train 4 times a week with 120g protein a day and 2500kcal a day then went to train 2 times a week w 200g protein and all of a sudden gained muscle.
