I’m okay with criticism. Period. Have I gotten some rude comments in the past? Yes. I’ve also received a lot of constructive criticism and use it to improve my writing. I’ve been writing 17 years. A lot has changed, but it’s criticism that made my writing better.

@junzycy We can if it’s not a private bookmark, but honestly, I freaking love reading the bookmark comments on my work more than actual comments because they’re usually hilarious. For example:

@bratrod64 The only thing he ever did was speak & debate. He offered to debate people to try to find some common ground. I liked him. He was a strong voice. This is the equivalent of “if you don’t think a certain way, you don’t deserve to live.” That should terrify everyone, Left or Right.

@sarahs_sky To me, a beta reader reads the 1st draft of a self edited story to see their reaction to characterization, plot, etc. They serve as “readers”. Some may delve upon some editing things but it’s not the priority. Someone reading a story as it’s drafted is more of a critique partner.
