They're not asking for money for the seconds of video used but threatening to put more strikes & get their channel deleted if they don't strike a deal worth lacs

I understand you're a regular on their podcast so you have an obligation to side but please don't justify this extortion disguised as business and bring law here.

Did you know that in my home state of Goa, and in some parts of coastal Karnataka and Maharashtra, the Devi is popularly worshipped as Shanta Durga—the Divine Mother who mediates between Bhagwan Shiv and Shri Vishnu?

Legend has it that a fierce fight once broke out between Bhagwan Shiva and Shri Vishnu over who is more powerful. Brahma realised that the fight would usher in total destruction of the universe and prayed to the Devi to intervene.

In Goa, the Devi doesn’t destroy the evil, she preserves the good. Because real Shakti is in choosing Shanti after you have shown that you can destroy!

There are more than twenty famous temples dedicated to the Goddess Shantadurga in Goa, the most famous one is in #Kavale.

She is also worshipped as Santeri, in the form of ancient, live anthills, as the Mother Earth. Not all temples have the Devi in the Murti form, some have an ant hill in the sanctum sanctorum, some others have just a Kalasha as the symbol of the cosmic womb.

Shanta Durga is a form of the Devi where Shanti is not just the absence of wrath, it is the presence of wisdom. She knows she can destroy, and that’s exactly why she chooses not to! Her Shanti is her Shakti.
