@chudyj22@thrillhouse416@Miamirunsthis@HeatCulture13@sam_amick They were 17-19 when giannis was healthy.
Miami was 43-39 without Giannis and with Ware, Jaime and injured Herro. I’m pretty sure if you bring everyone else back and add Giannis + an MLE + a backup center + another wing. Heat will be a top team in the east.
I desperately want the heat to get an offensive coordinator so we don’t have to see Eric Spoelstra’s offensive playbook. We’ve relied on our defense heavily since LeBron left and I don’t see enough discourse about him being a terrible offensive coach.
@HeatvsHaters I believe the deal is in place, but I think Milwaukee is just using time as leverage to see if they can get the rumor mill to get Miami to add something else to get it done faster.
@BradyHawk305 I simulated a season on 2k with what may be the new team. Bam fouled out every finals game and Wemby shot 40% from the field. We won in 6. I’ll take it.
@FastBreakFanon If you want to trade for a player that a team is comfortable keeping you will
never pay “market value”. Hence why Desmond Bane/Rudy Gobert were traded for assets that are deemed above their market value.
I’m fine with trading Jacquez, but why are Heat fans and Bucks fans acting like he’s just a throw in? Hes 25 and averaged 15/5/5 and should’ve won 6th man. He’s a decent 3ball away from 20/5/5.
@MIPRollins I think people are underestimating Jacquez a bit. He’s a 15/5/5 guy who can get to 20/5/5 if he can improve his 3ball. I get he’s not 22, but he’s still just 25.
@HeatvsHaters Orlando. You get a 23 year old star power forward for legend in the last few years of his prime. Yea the picks and number of young players are cool, but with lottery picks devalued due to the new rules. You want that young guaranteed star who can sell tickets in a rebuild.
@blackcops361@hothothoops@mph_824_ I literally have not once mentioned tanking. I keep saying focus draft and then develop the young players. You’re the only one bringing up top picks.
@blackcops361@hothothoops@mph_824_ If 1/2 of your best players are superstars you drafted for 24 years out of 25 years. I call that a trend that shows an order of success.
@blackcops361@hothothoops@mph_824_ You gotta be a lil slow 00-2002 focused on draft. Got Kobe, developed him, and he was the second best player. They focused on their draft by taking who they wanted in order and it worked out. Celtics drafted rondo and pierce. Celtics drafted Tatum and Brown are you dense?
