Do not use Sixt ever. Brought back a car, walked around it with an employee who said everything looks good. That evening I was sent a picture of a car with a dented rear fender and demanded payment. Fortunately, AMEX paid but I maintain a scam.
@SixtUSA Do not use for rental cars. Brought the car back, told everything looked good and then got $1200.00 bill for damage. This is a scam. Take videos and donโt trust what is told to you.
@Avis The worst among some pretty bad car rental agencies. I was told I could add a driver knowing that the driver was not with me at the time. I was charged the money and when arriving at the airport, I was told I couldnโt add them. No refund unless I go to Avis directly. Ugh!
@amergas In Central Oregon, do not EVER use AmeriGas. They have an office here that you cannot call or walk-in. With a low tank, it took me 5 phone calls over 2 weeks to hopefully get fuel today. I was given 4 two day windows for deliveries that never happened.
@ViatorTravel Being someone who travels, make sure you or your travel agent NEVER use Viator. Just refused a refund on a food tour that had no food tour and a guide who had never seen the itinerary he was to follow. Not his fault, company doesnโt care.
@ViatorTravel So in Montreal and did a 4 hour city tour. Tour guide was new, 2 months on the job with no training, did not know the itinerary he was supposed to do, knew no history of the region and had no idea how to use the vehicle..
Given 25% refund which was low. Left early.
@Starbucks I am at Starbucks in Susanville Ca. 20 minute wait for coffee and still havenโt gotten our breakfast sandwiches. No wonder SBUX is down. I need to sell my holdings.
@ATT So I am on a cruise and previously had bought the cruise package for my wife and I. I could not connect and there was not a phone number to call that someone would answer. What a waste!
@Wordscapes So finished second last weekend and when I went to get the 500 points the next morning, the tournament link wasnโt there. Sent a note but no response after 4 days. Waste of time!!!
@Fanatics Do not buy from this company. Inferior merchandise and customer service is non existent. I have been in touch with nice people with direct messaging but they canโt seem to rectify the situation. Who even says they are unable to credit my credit card? Store credit?
@FanaticsSupport just got my first order and placed another before it arrived. My Michigan long sleeve tee shirtโs letters are faded and of poor quality. The yellow lettering has lots of blue coming through. Is this what I can expect for my new order?
