@Ahmad89653 I agree because social media sometimes presents false information in many aspects which can get hopes up for children that believe what they see.
@brym24 This seems very interesting as I just encountered the open beta of 3D rendered art just by typing in a description of what you would want in a painting
The hashtag I chose is #socialmediahealth because there are many standards that young kids see on social media that are sometimes unachievable which discourages many kids. It was mentioned in the readings that there is an increase in depression in teens. #virtual90#RUTGERSDCIM
One reading talked about #gamergate and how it is backed with misogynystic people that cause harm and trouble in the gaming communities. As a result of this there are many female gamers that post using #girlgamer to show support for other women. #virtual90#RutgersDCIM
The hashtag that I chose was #militaryveteran because this gives the opportunity for those that are in this marginalized group to bring some eyes to common issues like PTSD that they face after serving that many normal people look over. #Virtual90#RutgersDCIM
@kwrutgers20 Hello Kayla your hashtag is really powerful in the sense that it is something that was created to fight against a cause and in turn created a powerful community along with that.
@MLH212120 Hello Madison, I think your tweet is awesome and similar to mine where it encourages men to speak up on mental health since it isn't something that most people are used to in society.
#mensmentalhealth is a hashtag that I chose as it provides a space for people to share their stories and open up about how they are feeling. This is similar to #girlslikeus which allowed for Trans people to talk about what they were going through #virtual90#RutgersDCIM
@Ahmad89653 I totally agree and I also found it interesting that the founders of Tinder had created the application as a way to make it similar to a game.
#instadating connects to the reading which mentions that tinder was created as a way to simplify dating into a game. #instadating can be similar in the sense that you are waiting for your crush to like your picture as a game. #virtual90#RutgersDCIM
This tweet that I retweeted shows the concept of sharing personal experiences through the hashtag which could bring further awareness to Men's mental health. #Virtual90#RutgersDCIM
Speak Out. Don’t silence yourself.
That’s what I’d tell to anyone on Football Twitter, a primarily male demographic, who is struggling with their mental health to any degree.
I didn’t. It nearly cost me my life.

@chris_niamke35 Hello Chris I have been learning about the Metaverse for a few years now and have dabbled in some virtual land and it is truly a very interesting topic to have knowledge about. Im excited for you to learn more about the meta verse!
