@OC_Transpo A friend of mine saw three buses blow past her and not pick her up at 10 pm. She had to call a cab. And she uses a wheelchair to boot. Unacceptable! Do better!

December 2021 was free after a derailment. Let's add a month every time this happens and maybe they'll actually fix it!

Used this R1 stop at Ottawa U to go east a few days ago. Rarely go east and when LRT is down I take the 16 or my powered wheelchair. This stop should be paved. It is a hazard as it is. @OttTransitRider @OC_Transpo @_MarkSutcliffe @PlanteSteph613
