If a first time buyer is below 30, single, no debt no kids great credit history, has £10k saved and earns a gross basic salary of £30,000 they could, in theory, now buy a home at £190,000.

If there’s two of them you can double it to £380,000

That is pretty wild considering where things were at before Covid.
