Hayes: Am I right that you were detained for five hours during after this arrest?
Hearn: Yes. I was in the lockup. I was photographed and they put me back in, fingerprinted, put me back in, and I had not been able to allow to make a phone call. No, nobody really knew I was there. I was held incommunicado that whole time, was never read my rights.
A UN report accuses Israeli security forces of deliberately killing Palestinian children eight months after an Israeli-Hamas truce in Gaza. “The killings were part of a strategy to destroy the future of Palestinians in Gaza and…amounted to genocide." https://t.co/2EzaFi52FT
Trump has turned the White House into a 24/7 corruption operation. This is a national crisis.
Trump thinks the public will stop paying attention.
So I went to the Senate floor to call his bluff. I told the ENTIRE STORY of his 500 days of corruption.

As the largest healthcare union in America, we know that people should be able to choose what is best for them and their circumstances. Instead, abortion opponents have blocked access to abortion, and strive to make access confusing for both those seeking and those providing care. Not having access to the care we need can have severe mental and physical impacts on the health of working women & healthcare professionals alike. It’s crucial that elected officials like Congresswoman Kat Cammack take action to protect health and human dignity.
Green card holders, refugees, and DACA recipients ARE lawful American job creators and workers. But that wouldn’t fit the Trump administration’s racist, anti-small business agenda. Restore the American Dream for lawfully present immigrant job creators.
In the old USSR, people could be arrested for photographing bridges, tunnels, etc. A repressive and paranoid regime assumed the photographers must be spies and saboteurs. Americans laughed at such petty tyranny. Nothing like that could happen in their free country! Until now.
Disruption rarely stays where it starts.
China crossed the critical mass phase of the #EV transition years ago. Now we're seeing the second-order effects.
Vehicle exports have risen from 1 million in 2020 to a projected 12 million in 2026.
At that level, China exports more vehicles than Japan, South Korea and the United States combined.
If the current trends continue, China will challenge the combined exports of Europe, Japan, South Korea and the United States by 2027.
What started as an EV story is now becoming a global automotive story.
Scale drives lower costs.
Lower costs drive competitiveness.
Competitiveness drives exports.
The question is no longer whether Chinese automakers will become global leaders.
But, how much of the global auto industry they'll control by 2035... or whether a meaningful non-Chinese auto industry will even exist by then.
The reality is that the world has never witnessed an automotive export expansion of this magnitude and speed from any nation in history.
Perhaps the bigger story isn't that China is dominating auto exports but that the humble automobile has evolved.
Cars are no longer mechanical products competing on engines, transmissions and brand heritage. They are increasingly software-defined platforms, batteries on wheels, rolling computers connected to vast manufacturing ecosystems.
And when the product changes, the winners change. What we're witnessing may not simply be a shift in market share.
It may be the largest transfer of industrial power in automotive history.
This weekend, Apple closed its first unionized store in the country, along with 2 other stores. Workers at nonunion stores were allowed to transfer to nearby locations; workers at the union store were not. https://t.co/HFYsJQpBC2
James Dorsey is 94 years old. Born on Ellerbe Plantation in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1931. He still does not have a birth certificate because the plantation never recorded his existence. The effects of slavery did not end with emancipation. They followed our people into the most basic records of identity. This is NOT ancient history.
It doesn’t matter that antifa isn’t a group.
It doesn’t matter that one person simply carried around zines. It doesn’t matter that it was a noise demo.
If you oppose state violence, according to this DOJ, you are inherently engaged in criminal conspiracy to commit terrorism.
These sentences are a travesty and totally unjustified, but that's the point. Americans hate the fascist Trump regime, so the only way they can try to cling to power is brute force. NSPM-7 is a grave threat to all of us and more bullshit "terrorism" charges like these are coming. https://t.co/LBREZVVY6D
The U.S. has murdered at least 211 people off the coast of Venezuela allegedly to address the fentanyl crisis, but these murders have had zero impact on the fentanyl crisis. Why?
Because Venezuela plays virtually no role in making or trafficking fentanyl.

New: An elderly Palestinian man was found near Gaza’s so called “Yellow Line” after being released by Israeli forces, unable to remember even his own name. Hospital staff at Nasser Medical Complex say his body bears clear signs of torture. He arrived with his hands and feet reportedly still restrained, and doctors are now trying to identify him and locate his family.
Forcibly cutting his hair is a violation of his bodily autonomy and a deliberate act of humiliation. This violates his Eighth Amendment protection against cruel and unusual punishment.
The Walmart in Senatobia was shut down as hundreds gathered to honor baby Kohen and demand answers after this innocent 1-year-old was shot and killed during a police encounter. As Kohen's family prepares to lay their son to rest, they are still waiting for answers about why deadly force was used and what happened in the moments before his life was taken. We will continue standing with Kohen's loved ones until the truth comes to light.
Tomorrow, I will be in court for the case that could put me in prison for 17 years. I am fighting these charges because I dared to show up to an ICE detention center and demand answers for New Jerseyans. I was doing my job, conducting oversight. This administration thinks they should be allowed to abuse people behind closed doors. I am facing criminal charges because I won’t let them.
We are amidst a Black Scare. The government has clearly singled out anarchists and anti-fascists for extremely punitive sentences, as to suppress the rise of anti-authoritarian leftism in the US.
We must give support to our political prisoners. There are many more to come.
