Bank of Baroda = BANK OF BUTCHERS

More than 1,600 employees have gone from @bankofbaroda in just last 2½ years.

Not retired. Not VRS.

They quit, crushed under the weight of their own management’s pressure.

So let’s ask some questions:
❓ Why are hundreds of officers and clerks walking away from a “secure” public sector job?
❓ Why are branches run with half the staff and double the targets?
❓ Why does management celebrate new branches but stay silent on mass resignations?
❓ When will someone in top management take responsibility for this exodus?

Inside Bank of Baroda, the message is clear:
- Targets over people,
- Performance over peace,
- Orders over humanity.
Every employee knows the fear: one mistake, one missed number, and you’re finished.

This isn’t management.
This is a harsh corporate dictatorship in the name of public service.
When employees start leaving in hundreds, the problem isn’t them.
The problem is the culture created by those sitting at the top.

So dear management,
Before chasing the next “transformation project,”
look at the numbers your own RTI reply shows.
Look at the pain behind every resignation letter.
