Holding someone accountable is something done for someone NOT to someone.
The greatest players are low on entitlement and high on accountability.
Integrity is a choice.
Kindness is a choice.
Discipline is a choice.
Consistency is a choice.
The sooner you make these choices, the further you will go.
6 months after my first bout with Covid19, I have it again. So here are some tips that might help anyone whose tested positive in managing their symptoms.

@ChundaSombo Unfortunately yes, and the challenge remains that losers in an election always have a 'bitter taste' afterwards because they(and) their supporters think they were robbed no matter how good the process was..
Advice to new managers:
1 earn trust by giving it
2 hire for EQ, train for IQ
3 eat lunch with your team
4 tell people their work matters
5 be a player-coach
6 feedback in private, praise in public
7 in victory, lead from back
8 in crisis, lead from front
9 communicate intent
