COMMON SENSE: When I watched Katie Zacharias's press conference, like so many, I felt uncomfortable about her performance. Obviously, with her being under a great deal of pressure, she didn't fare well. I felt badly for her.

What I didn't expect was the avalanche of hostile criticism from not only the media, but also from nearly everyone else. In my opinion, the intensity of the malice was undeserved. It was so bad that I suspect Zacharias will have difficulty getting over it.

Her self-worth may even suffer. Not everybody is built to sustain such criticism.

From my own personal experience, I can attest to exactly what it feels like to be constantly bombarded with criticism. Rarely does a day go by when I am not attacked by Woke Leftists and even by friends. America certainly does not lack in its number of mean-spirited people.

I don't mind though. I can handle it. Clearly, Katie Zacharias couldn't. She has been treated worse than the woman who murdered her three children.

I wish Zacharias well. She wasn't a good fit, but she deserved better treatment than she received.

President Trump should send the National Guard to the Florida Panhandle.

I swear, it’s third world here right now. It has been 8 days since the Hurricane and some people still have no power and no internet.

There are food distribution sites giving out food to people whose homes have been destroyed.

It feels like the cleanup has been very slow. People are so pissed off.

I have something that I need to get off my chest.

I have never tried to hide the fact that I'm a huge Ron DeSantis fan, and for some reason, I often get a lot of hate for this.

I live in Florida, and under DeSantis' leadership, the past eight years have been incredible.

Every state in the nation wishes they had a Governor like DeSantis.

Also, in the last two years of Trump's first term and the first two years of Trump's second term, I think you would be hard pressed to find another Governor who cooperated with Trump's administration more than DeSantis.

And another thing, during the Biden(s)/autopen debacle, DeSantis battled the democrats tooth and nail for 4 years.

I mean give me a break, in my opinion I think the guy deserves a lot of credit for his many accomplishments.

Trying to get business straightened out over the phone has become such a time-consuming hassle. It is incredibly frustrating to feel trapped in automated phone menu limbo when you would rather be enjoying beautiful beaches or nature trails.
