Feeling tightness with the new Tommy John hybrid Internal Brace and reconstruction procedures? Us too. Athletes are struggling to regain their range of motion, but seem to do fine with valgus loading and throwing down the road. Have you noticed anything similar?
We talk about it in a recent episode of the podcast, where we discuss the new Tommy John hybrid procedure: https://t.co/vQ7rA06gnq
One of the weird scheduling quirks and a sign of how relatively weak the AL has been this season is that the New York Yankees have only 1 win against teams above .500 currently!
Every other MLB team has at least 6 wins against over .500 teams.
@JL_Baseball@glovesdropped The InternalBrace variant makes it harder to say exactly who has had 3 TJs, but if you include IB then I think Ben Leeper, Bryce Montes de Oca, Corey Black, Jason Isringhausen, Jonny Venters, Tejay Antone, John Fasola are ones I’ve recorded with 3.

Nolan Perry (TOR) has not slowed down since earning a promotion to Hi-A at the start of May, posting an excellent 0.60 ERA, 1.23 FIP, and 50.9 K% across his first 3 starts
Injuries have stalled his development and now he looks like a Top 100 Prospect!

Nippon Professional Baseball has been messing with its baseballs and denying it, and there are a pile of reasons to think this is not a random occurence.

Munetaka Murakami has homered in the first game in each of the last seven series
Murakami and Eddie Murray (1987) are the only players to accomplish the feat in MLB history
No one has done so in eight straight series. Yet
