@JKap415 @Deviousbb Had this same issue and I have a 3080Ti. MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE ANY OVERLAY PROGRAMS RUNNING or screen recording programs that are heavily active in the background.

There is also hardware acceleration in many programs that should be disabled
