@NerdyCammy@ilastik_team we were pretty happy with the Labkit segmentation step, but the issue with Local Thickness was it normalising to the thickest diameter in each image, rather than a standard.

@DaniBeckman@zeiss_micro That's good to hear thanks! Yes we do mouse and rat , works great with snap frozen (post fix on slide) but not at all with PFA / sucrose freezing, no perfusion
