🚨THE SAB-121 REPEAL PASSES THE HOUSE--21 Democrats voted for it--THAT IS HUGE!!! Democrats usually vote as a block, but 21 Democrats broke ranks to support #crypto today. THIS IS NEWS!!! 🔥Next, watch the Senate--if top Dems support this, we're past peak Warren🤞

The shadow government in D.C. is out of control & the federal courts are our *only* remaining line of defense against the unlawful rogue behaviors of 3-letter government agencies. This decision is strong and clears a path to keep Bitcoin & blockchain innovation in the U.S. instead of overseas. But this should have never reached the courts in the first place. On Day 1, I will rescind *all* federal regulations that fail the Supreme Court’s test in West Virginia vs. EPA - which quite literally includes *most* federal regulations. We’ll get it done. 🇺🇸

"The Commission’s unexplained discounting of the obvious financial and mathematical relationship between the spot and futures markets falls short of the standard for reasoned decision making."

Speculation is the “hello world” of digital property rights. Enable people to create scarce digital things and they will trade them around.

It’s naive to think speculation won’t happen, but unimaginative to think that’s all there is.

[Hugh Hendry Acid Capitalist TV @hendry_hugh]

Entice the banks to load up on Treasuries with the inducement of Hold-To-Maturity and no marking to market

Then send Fed Rates to the proverbial moon

Set off a stamped by depositors to leave the inertia of bank deposits in search of much needed yield

And watch as the resulting capital flight exposes these hidden and gigantic system wide, unmarked losses.
