@realCarola2Hope @StubHub Contact your local news station. I had this same issue, Stubhub told me my only option was refund. I contacted my local news station and did an interview. They contacted Stubhub. 1 hour later an executive customer service rep from StubHub called me and offered me upgraded tickets

@ScottFriedman3 @StubHub @FIFAWorldCup I finally got my replacement tickets. It look me contacting my local news station and doing an interview for prime time news for StubHub to offer my replacement tickets. They called before the story aired and got me upgraded seats.
