@ZaJokeyaKnow@Cheesymanfredo Honestly, the only reason I was even aware that the movie bombed was that every nerdtuber I was subscribed to around the time was shitting their pants that more people went to see The Expendables.
Two years in, and the human buffet keeps delivering! π

@BlackestofLies@ArisakaAya In earlier scripts for Attack of the Clones, if I remember right, it was originally supposed to be Master Sido-Dyas (who was Palpatine, and a name Obi-Wan was unfamiliar with), but there was a typo that did read "Sifo-Dyas" and Lucas just kind of liked that name and rewrote it.
@BlackestofLies@ArisakaAya Sifo-Dyas has been a separate person since at least 2005, in the Star Wars: Visionaries anthology, I think. So it wasn't just a Clone Wars retcon.
@minihappyguy@Uchimamalul I'm kind of amused by the fact that every time it comes back up he claims to have a more nuanced view on it and then repeats the same shit from a decade ago.
@mitakafan2004 I mean... I genuinely don't care how people pronounce things most of the time, but I've literally never heard an Italian person pronounce it as "pass-tuh."
@LSaddler13@EraShy072 Pretty much. The CG series is the only time he ever feels like the man that Obi-Wan reflected fondly on in Episode IV. Without it, literally everything about him makes him seem like a ticking time bomb. It's less a tragedy and more "well, what were you expecting?"
@LSaddler13@EraShy072 Also going to add that "Anakin is accurate to the films" is not a selling point because TCW is literally the only thing that redeems Prequel Era Anakin.
@JohnnyDTheChee1@BaysideBebop I mean, 3 kinda shows us he'll just straight up steal people's clothes, so I could see him doing about as much after he gets out of the sewer.
