@Whisky4M@danhinvesting Based on absolutely zero scientific knowledge. Love when people talk with such confidence about topics they clearly have ZERO knowledge
@ErickPO@ascentovalhalla@ivanburazin Usually, thats the point. So if 4/5 times it works thats still a hell of a lot of people that have an issue outside of their control. Microplastics in everything, BPA + its replacements in receipts, genetics etc etc
Like I said, I know people doing EVERYTHING right but still low
@ascentovalhalla@ivanburazin To be frank, thats an extremely ignorant take.
Plenty of reasons you may have low T but are doing everything else right.
I have known people who are 12-13% bodyfat- training heavy weights 3-4x a week in the gym, eating enough protein, supplements, 7-8hrs sleep a night + still low
@MarvelousMuti@thealepalombo Been to both. Have a house in Sardinia, the beaches are by far the best in europe. Sicily is beautiful too, v similar climate.
@SamaHoole Depends. For someone training heavy weights intensely 3-5x a week or for the average sedentary person who works in an office and doesnt train?
Someone during a cut or during a bulk? All of this changes the recommended amount. There are studies that show benefit for 1.6-2.2g/kg
@BigBroDoeDoe@SamaHoole Cals. Im not new to this dw. 500cal deficit 12,000 steps a day. 3-5 days of push, pull, legs workouts. 1g protein per lb of bodyweight.
Currently on a cut. Will go back to a 300 cal surplus after a couple months.
Just dont have the same strength as when I train after breakfast
@SamaHoole He said he does no more than 6 reps, with 1 rep in reserve. I do similar. Great for strength and size. Im just saying I find training without eating in the morning I have a noticeable drop in performance.
@SamaHoole I have tried twice in the last couple of weeks to train fasted first thing in the morning about an hour after waking and I just dont perform as well, I sm nowhere near as strong, my lifts just failed 2-3 reps earlier than prev workout. Maybe its a personal thing.
@SnarkWeeks@DeanTTraining@EmmitDocBrown@kennmanusa It literally does not work. The weight is pulling in the wrong direction. You would need to be laying on your back for this to have the DESIRED effect.
